Overcoming Financial Stress & Anxiety

Financial issues and money can have a significant effect on your mental health.  According to research, financial stress and anxiety is one of the main causes of depression.  There is much pressure associated with saving for the future, managing a budget, paying bills and managing expenses can cause issues like insomnia, depression, poor concentration and lessened productivity.  In addition, there can be social issues that occur due to the stress of managing finances, such as relationship conflicts and the peer pressure of keeping up with others financial status, and the latest technology or fashion trends.
